Privacy Policy of GamVPN

This Privacy Policy outlines how GamVPN collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the GamVPN software ("Software"). This privacy policy applies to the Software and all products and services offered by GamVPN.

GamVPN guarantees a strict no-logs policy for its services, meaning that your internet activities while using GamVPN services are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored, or passed to any third party. We do not store used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses, or browsing data. From the moment GamVPN users connect to one of our VPN servers, their internet data is encrypted.

1. Collected Basic Technical Information

Technical information includes the following:

• Server load statistics. We monitor server performance (CPU, RAM, server network usage) to recommend the most suitable server for our users.
• Connection information. To prevent abuse and to be able to contest unfair chargebacks, we log whether a user has used GamVPN services in the past 30 days. In this case, no personal identification information is collected other than whether or not GamVPN services were used during the said period.
• Interaction data. To prevent abuse and detect prohibited activities, such as scraping, we employ advanced tools to detect irregular patterns in user activities upon starting a new session. In this case, no personal identification information is collected unless it indicates that irregular patterns were detected or not detected in user activity.
• Information collected on the GamVPN website www.gamvpn.net
• Social media platforms and widgets. Our website may include social media features, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn like and/or share buttons, to help you share our content more easily. These features may collect information about your IP address and the pages you are visiting, and they may set cookies to ensure functionality works properly.

2. Other In-App Event Information

In-app events include the following information:

• General event information: which app sent the event, event time, categorization, and restricted routing information.
• Application information: the name, version, and source of the application, enabled/disabled features at the time of the event, network type, public internet service provider information, current VPN connection status, and related information (protocols and technology in use, current server, etc.), information about A/B testing (if any), user preferences (e.g., notifications enabled/disabled, language, preferred connection settings).
• Account information: Active/inactive subscriptions of GamVPN products.
  Please note, the unique device identifier is randomly generated on the client-side and cannot be linked to the client's email or user ID.
• Device information. We may also collect some device information on our application. Such information is logged automatically and may include your device model, operating system version, and similar non-identifiable information. We might use this information to monitor, develop, and analyze the usage of GamVPN services. Additionally, to help users connect to the most convenient server when using the quick connect feature, our application detects the city of the device (detection is done locally; these data are not logged in our systems).
• Device identifiers. In some cases, we might log your device's identifiers for marketing or analytics purposes. These identifiers are assigned to your device by the operating system manufacturers and can be reset at any time from your device's settings.

3. Third-Party Collection Usage

Our app integrates functionalities from third parties, listed below are the information collection scenarios for each third-party product

3.1 Google Login

When you create a Google account, you are asked to provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. You may also choose to provide additional information, such as your phone number, date of birth, and gender.

3.2 Google Pay

When making a payment, Google collects the following information for processing payments, preventing fraud abuse, and personalizing your experience. Collected information includes:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your shipping address
• Your payment information, such as your credit card or debit card number
• Detailed information about the goods or services you purchase
• Information about your device, such as your IP address and device type

3.3 Firebase

To improve our app, we use Firebase to count app crashes.Collected information includes:

• App usage data: For example, app launches, crashes, and user actions.
• Device data: For example, device type, operating system version, and unique identifier.
• User Data: For example, user name, email address, and photo.

When you place an order, we implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers' database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential.
Access to log information is controlled, so only authorized users have access to this data.
Your credit card information will not be stored by GamVPN, but may be stored by third-party credit card processing companies whose systems are compliant for this purpose.

6. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.
